VOLARE BOATS
Volare Boats is a Charleston, South Carolina electric boatbuilder founded by Scout Boats veterans Matt Moore and Dustin Tupper, with hull design by renowned multihull naval architects Morrelli & Melvin. Their flagship Artemis 23 is a 23-foot semi-foiling electric catamaran day boat engineered from a clean sheet for electric propulsion. Electrified Marina carries the Artemis 23 because it's one of the most energy-efficient electric day boats in its size and class — the semi-foiling twin-hull design slashes drag for more range per kWh — paired with 360-degree joystick maneuvering and the low-maintenance ownership of a purpose-built electric platform.
Built with Ample Storage
Storage boxes sit under the bow and aft lounges, with a dedicated cooler under the helm seat, so towels, gear, and drinks stay stowed and off the deck.
Built for Instant Speeds
Hit the throttle, and the Artemis 23 gets up to planing speed right away
Energy Efficiency at its Core
Foil assist reduces drag, helping the Artemis23 go farther using less energy.
Premium Finishes
Finished with marine-grade SiLeather upholstery and Marinemat EVA decking — it's durable, UV-resistant, and easy to clean.
