The collaboration between Chris-Craft and EVOA Propulsion pairs 150 years of timeless American boatbuilding with cutting-edge electric engineering. Chris-Craft provided their iconic, hand-crafted deep-V luxury hull, while EVOA supplied the muscle: their high-voltage E1 powertrain featuring hypercar-grade YASA axial flux motors. Rather than treating electrification as a compromise, the partnership proves a zero-emission luxury runabout can deliver incredible, instant-torque performance without sacrificing a single ounce of classic style.
Formula E Derived Axial Flux Power
Instead of a heavy, rumbling V8 gas engine, Chris-Craft packed the engine bay with EVOA’s E1 powertrain, which uses YASA axial flux electric motors—the exact high-torque tech used in Formula E racing and hypercars.
DC Fast Charging Architecture
Plug into standard 110V/220V shore power at the slip, or use 85 kW DC fast charging (CCS) to take the 133 kWh pack from empty to 80% in under an hour — a midday top-off at an equipped marina is realistic.
Garmin-Integrated Digital Control & Telematics
Chris-Craft and EVOA stripped out the old-school analog gauges and fully modernized the helm by piping the powertrain's proprietary ECOFLUX software directly into a sleek Garmin multifunction display.
