THE CURRENT TIMES: JULY 2025

Every month we give you the latest in the electric boating industry.
Another Successful Repower
Early in June, we were contacted by someone looking to replace the power train on their gas pontoon. Now it's ready for his electric only lake.
This month we were able to get another gas powered boat off the water and replace it with a cleaner alternative. The Suntracker has been completely retrofitted with LiTime batteries and a fully electric outboard from ePropulsion.
If you're looking to repower your boat, it could be a more sustainable option than buying a brand new one. Get in touch with our team to see if it makes sense for you.
Electrified Marina INtroduces Zerojet to U.S. market
We are proud to announce yet another new agreement with an innovative electric propulsion manufacturer. ZeroJet, based in New Zealand, currently partners with premier hull manufacturers including Highfield Boats and OC Tenders, offering sleek models such as the Highfield E Jet 330 and OC 350 Jet.
As part of this partnership, Electrified Marina will be the force behind establishing ZeroJet in the U.S. market, bringing their silent, powerful, and propeller-free systems to American waters for the first time. That means you can be among the first in the United States to own one of these amazing tenders. These boats are compact, light weight and utilize 48V lithium iron phosphate battery packs. Which is considered to be a cleaner alternative.

A Record Breaking Journey
Elvene sets out to end range anxiety

"It's real, and something tells me this tech will start to make a big impact on the marine industry. " Dallinger
In July, Elvene completed an impressive 125 NM journey over three days relying off of solar energy from their solar electric boat.
Last week, Elvene's Amber, a 22ft cudi cabin ended its record breaking 200 NM journey through Finland Archipelago. The trip was a total of 5 days and a little over 200 NM. The crew includes Elvene's CEO Emil Finne and Justin Dallinger from Aqua Lectric.
Their journey was tracked live using Sensar Marine that monitored speed, battery level, and distance covered/remaining. Check it out here.
Justin also released a video sharing the experience on his channel Aqua Lectric. You can also see how the first day of the trip went when they checked in with Bruno from the Green Boater.
